Tight-knit creative team seeks highly motivated, energetic and professional Web developer responsible for front-end and back-end development and oversight of a wide range of new and existing client websites. The Web developer will collaborate closely with creative, design, search marketing and all Company staff. Must have at least 5 years of professional Website development experience.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Develop and support standard-compliant user interfaces and front-end code.
- Knowledge of web standards
- Implement site designs using CSS.
- Practice clean coding and documentation.
- Work closely to manage third-party developers when necessary
- Apply knowledge of back-end database integration.
- Develop and implement content management systems.
- Install new applications and maintenance releases.
- Play key role in ensuring updated content for client websites
- Work closely with in-house Search Marketing team to implement optimization and search strategies.
- Develop and manage agency Website.
- Manage daily project timelines and work flow of relative projects
- Assist in proposals and client presentations
- Manage Web development projects including outside resources when necessary
- Understand and adhere to strict deadlines
- Candidate also may be required to work beyond normal business hours.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ year’s developer experience.
- 4+ years of application development, +3 years ofdemonstrable experience with ColdFusion
- Highly skilled in Web Application architecture and design implementation
- Ability to author code, such as HTML, XML, CSS, Cold Fusion. JavaScript, CGI, etc.
- Working knowledge and experience with Dreamweaver as well as W3C standards compliance preferred.
- Expert in developing CFCs, UDFs, and Custom tags
- Working knowledge of back-end database integration, such as Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access.
- Experience with cross-browser (PC & Mac) and accessibility development
- Specific experience in developing content management systems
- Strong written communications skills.
- A working knowledge of SEO and Search Marketing Procedures and tools.
- Production experience with ColdFusion 4.x, 5, and MX
- Be a problem solver. Exceptional debugging and analytical skills required.
- Working knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows 2003, IIS.
- Knowledge of other server operating systems and web servers a plus.
- Experience working with others on both technical and non-technical levels
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with E-Commerce.
- Ability to manage real-time changes in production environments
- Strong Work Ethic and ability to work beyond normal business hours
- Highly attentive to details
- Flash Action Script a plus
- Design experience also a plus

Education:
- Bachelors Degree in web technologies, communications, or a related field preferred.
