timeless destination.

It’s not often that you get to brand an entire tropical island, but that is exactly what we are doing for South Andros Island in the Bahamas. It’s a paradise virtually undiscovered on the map of usual tourist destinations, and therefore almost untouched by time. With the backing of the Bahamian Minister of Tourism, South Andros Island brands itself as a vacation experience from the golden era of travel. Gerardot's experience in hospitality, tourism marketing and branding vacation destinations positions our firm to effectively accomplish this unique challenge.

Plans include an entire marketing campaign designed to leverage the mystique of this island destination forgotten by time. Gerardot will develop a brand identity system, printed marketing collateral, and a Web portal to be used as a centralized information tool for the economic benefit of all businesses on the island. Long term plans include an eCommerce site for the South Andros Island Trading Co., through which visitors can book a flight, make hotel reservations, purchase a South Andros Island T-shirt, or even a hand-made Androsian batik.

Gerardot will partner with Skeleton Crew Marketing in Indianapolis and Fareed and Zapala, a hotel marketing group based out of Orlando, Florida.
